Bible Study Resources for Kids

Welcome to my page devoted to Free Bible Study Resources for kids and their parents. Whether you’re looking for a Bible homeschool curriculum, a family devotion, or to glean ideas for your own Bible study, here you will find Commentaries for kids, Bible Study Buddies, and more. As a Sunday School teacher and a mom, I know how hard it can be to find resources to help your kids study the Bible. I also know how intimidating it can feel. With these resources, I hope to make it just a tad easier for you! Blessings!
Bible Studies and Guides
At this point, I’m struggling to categorize my different books. Each of these books and guides were created based on requests from different kids or their parents, meaning they meet different needs.
- Kid’s Companions provide written commentary through whole books of the Bible chapter by chapter, section by section.
- Study Buddies provide footnotes and activities to help kids as they read their Bibles.
- Most recently, I’ve created a guide to the different views and interpretations of Revelation.
Check them out to see what fits you best! It’s all free to download, so what is there to lose?!

Blank Prayer Journals
Click the buttons below to download printable prayer journals. All are the same, just different colorings depending on your printing preferences.
Bible Ballad Poetry
Bible Ballads are poems I’ve written that cover a Bible story or the life of a Bible character. Invite your littlest disciples to create their own coloring book to go with each poem to learn the story. These can also be used for reading, memorization, or handwriting practice, especially in a homeschool setting.
In order to have your kids or students create their own comic book or to use these poems for handwriting, here are free blank templates you can download and print!
